Found this really great bottle at the airport. It has the scientific name of all 22 botanicals that were used in the production of this gin. We consumed the bottle in gin and tonics with inferior tonic. Which made it a bit sweet for our taste. It lacked the "bite" that some gins have, which we do like. However, we will look for another bottle so we can try it with quality tonic. Summer is really peaking in Munich right now. The flowers are the weeds that are growing at the side of the road. 199/365 🍸 Lemon Meringue Pie . 6 cl lemon infused vodka 3 cl coconut liqueur 3 cl pineapple juice 1 cl simple syrup 1 egg white pinch of powdered sugar . Shake the pineapple juice, the infused vodka and the syrup together with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Beat the egg white and the coconut liqueur till it’s fluffy. Pour the meringue over the drink. Sprinkle the sugar on top and brown the edges of the meringue using a small blow torch.
