Ingredients :1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp cayenne pepper, 3 tbsp flour, 1 cup milk, handful mozarella shredded and handful parmesan , 2 tbsp butter.mix seasonings in the dry flour until melted. Melt butter flour and milk on medium. Once combined , lower heat, mix in the cheese , stir for 1 minute . Add extra flour for desired thickness.

Check your pantry for ingredients like pasta or rice, or see what leftover meats/veggies you have in your fridge. Saves money at the grocery store + reduces waste! • leftovers are your best friend. Eat them for lunch so you don’t have to plan them or mix it up in a new way for a “leftovers night”! • grab simple ingredients for breakfasts like eggs, veggies/potatoes/ and bacon/sausage. Prepare variations with these ingredients each morning or throw everything in a frittata/bake for the week. Pre make chia puddings or overnight oats for easy grab’n’go brekkies or snacks. • What other tips do you have?
