First time at the gym for like 3 weeks! And after my horrible eating yesterday it is definitely needed! I bought new gym pants on Amazon and did not read the full description and they are "tummy slimmers" and so uncomfortable however all my other pants have holes so I just pulled 'em down low. Is modern life raising pregnancy anxiety? A study of young British women has found mental health problems in pregnancy are 51% more likely than they were a generation ago. Experts tracked 2390 pregnant women from 1990 to 1992, and then repeated the procedure with 180 of their daughters who were pregnant between 2012 and 2016. They found the rates of depression rose from 17% in the first group to 25% in the second. The scientists from Bristol University believe that social changes are to blame. They say the trend mirrors the general increase in depression among young women in recent years. In summary, the article published in the journal JAMA Network Open states that chronic stress, sleep deprivation, eating habits, sedentary lifestyles and the fast pace of modern life may be contributing to an increasing prevalence of depression especially amongst young women.
